Reservation Information
- Open May 7th through Oct. 11 (Columbus Day Weekend).
- Campsite, Cabin & Trailer Rental: Based on a family consisting of two adults and 4 children.
- Reservations: Recommended especially during the peak period of June 14 to August 22.
- Deposits: 50% deposit is required. Personal checks are not accepted upon arrival.
- Visa and Mastercard accepted.
- As a special gift, give a "Gift Certificate" for a camping weekend.
- Pets are welcome. (Except in our Cabins and Rental Trailers.)
Cancellations
No refunds for cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in. A $10.00 administrative fee will be charged on ALL SITE CANCELLATIONS. A $20.00 administrative fee will be charged on ALL CABIN/TRAILER CANCELLATIONS. Failure to arrive on arrival date without notification will forfeit the deposit and site. REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON.
Gate Cards
For site rentals two nights or more, a gate card is required. There is a $10.00 refundable deposit for each card issued.
Visitors
All visitors must register at the office, pay visitor's fee and get a car pass to display on their windshield or hang from their rear view mirror. Note: Day visitors or not allowed into the campground after 9:00 p.m. and must leave no later than 10:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE:
From June 14 to August 22, prime sites in the 100's, 200's and full hook-up sites are rented on a weekly (Saturday to Saturday) basis. Prime sites are: 102, 109, 114, 117, 120, 124, 125, 126, 127, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 231, 232, 232A, 233, 241, 241A, 248.
Beaver Brook cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors and
reserves the right to cancel any transaction resulting from such errors.
A 7% TAX WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SITE FEES.

CAMP SITE RENTALS
Campsites are rented to 1 family consisting of 2 adults and 4 children (under 18). Extra adults and children staying overnight and sharing a camper's unit will be charged an overnight fee. A limit of no more than 8 people per site is requested. State law prohibits renting to persons under 21 without a person of legal age on premises.
Check-In: 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 12:00 p.m.
Early check-in will be accommodated if site is available for $10.00. Please call ahead.
CABIN & TRAILER RENTALS
Our rustic Log Cabins and Trailers are rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, during July and August. A three night minimum is required Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends. Occupancy is limited to 1 family consisting of 2 adults and 4 children per unit. Cabins have electricity, 1/4 bath, barbeque grill, small refrigerator and sleeps 6. You provide dishes, pots, pans, etc. Linens are available. Showers are located nearby. Trailers have electricity, full bath, kitchen, and sleeps 6. Linens are available for an additional charge.
Sorry, no pets will be allowed in cabins or trailers.
